In our very first e-bike drawing late last week, Kanwei Li’s name was pulled from a pot of more than 700 entrees. When we called to give him the good news, he was shocked and surprised, saying he had never won anything before!
And this week, Kanwei claimed his prize. Edison Electric Bicycles owner and inventor, Ryan Hersh (left), was personally on hand to present the e-bike to Kanwei!
After some quick lessons from Ryan, Kanwei took his new bike out for a spin.
We said throughout this fundraiser that some lucky donor was going to ride away on an e-bike, and here you go! Going, going, gone! Congrats, Kanwei!
We would like to thank all the Team Summer supporters who collectively raised more than $37,000 in this fundraiser, crushing our team goal!
