This past Sunday was the first-ever fundraiser for Team Summer!! The sold-out event was organized and hosted by Riverwood 10th-grader Rachel Epstein, who did a fantastic job of putting together an impressive event at Ray’s on the River! No detail was overlooked – from the table settings to the lavish buffet to the non-stop entertainment! Even though Summer had just finished a round of chemo, she attended the entire event with great joy, obviously overwhelmed by the out-pouring of love and support for Team Summer. Thank you, Rachel, for an wonderful evening! You are amazing!!
